A lot of people out there have chosen to do a bit of excercise as their resolution to take in New Year for 2010. Which is the best form of exercise to take?
Gym
The gym can be a great place to go to not only to exercise but for help on exactly what you need to do so lose that weight or work on those muscles. There are always people around the gym that you can approach for help on deciding what you should do. There is a very big problem with going to the gym and the fact is that it can be very expensive and if you are not going with friends it tends to be very boring especially if you do not have an iPod. Although many gyms are affordable it is also true to say that the decent ones aren’t cheap which means you may have to make sacrifices.
Running
Running can be a cheap and affordable way to get exercise. I would advise going out in the early mornings or just as the sun is setting to get the benefit of the cool weather. This is something that will help you out a lot as it settles the body gradually. Many people do not like running and this is down to the fact that they are doing it in public and feel uncomfortable.
Cycling
Cycling is another huge form of exercise and there seems to be more and more people out there riding to work as the years go on. With more and more people caring about the environment I can only see the amount of people using bikes for exercise increasing. Once again it would seem that the problem comes because it is costly. There are so many other options out there to choose from such as weight lifting at home, swimming and you could even use the Wii. The best thing that I can suggest you do is just to go with what you feel comfortable doing.
