How To Get a Boost from an Off Day

This is going to be a set of exercises that you can use on off days to boost your body’s recovery without getting intense. Holding a foot in above the ground, get your thighs bridged and lower them back down.Do half a minute of stretching on the calves for a few repetitions.You can ease the pain in your calves if you also do some tennis ball rolls at the same time. Once your calves are stretched, do some climbers with the exercise ball.

Keep your body’s alignment as you start with each hand on the ball. Alternate sides as you bring the knee under your chest and return it.
