The news broke a couple of weeks ago that the recession was actually over but is the case and if so who is it we need to go over and kick ass to? Well the fact is that we will not see the true end to the recession for a number of months even though officially it is over here in the UK there are still so many businesses out there that will continue to suffer because of a few people that comeplely made a mess of the worlds money.
So who is actually to blame?
Government
Blaming the government for the recession is both fair and unfair, lets be honest they were to blame but it wasnt all their fault. Are Labour to blame for all of this, they will certainly not get votes because of it. Something else that has to make a difference when it comes to the votes has to be the Iraq war .So many people out there think that this decision was a right one to make. What would have happened if we refused to send in the troops?
Business
Although the majority of businesses have really suffered because of this recession there are some higher ranking ones that knew exactly what was coming and decided to act accordingly. These are the businesses that need to be blamed because they did not let anyone know what was on the horizon.
Public
Although the public are not to be blamed for the start of the recession they are at blame for it carrying it on. The public were amost scared to go out and spend their hard earned cash which is the big reason that retail giants such as Woolworths went down the tube.
