Coca Cola Release New Summer TV Advert

Every advertising agency is always looking for a new way in which they can promote their clients’ brand whether it’s on television or other forms of advertising. Any way that they can promote the brand and keep it in the public’s head will help to bring in sales.

This is particularly true with TV adverts. A TV advertising agency has to come up with the most ridiculous and eye catchy things because that’s what will stick in your head as a viewer. Just take the Dairy Milk adverts as an example, everyone who has seen them once will know them, well, even if you haven’t seen them then you’ve heard of them. These TV ads have helped to improve not just the company sales, but also the brand image, all in a 30 second time span. And it’s not just them, there are a huge number of companies that do this, Citroen with their dancing robot being just one.

You can now add the new Coca Cola TV advert to the list of strange adverts. The advert, plus it’s sound track, is extremely strange. There have been a few rumours going around that the sound track, which consists of the words “La” and “Yeah”, is going to become a summer single.

I don’t think it would get quite to number one, however, when you look at the music in the charts at the moment, it would get quite high up.

Many of these new, strange TV adverts really do help to bring in quite a lot of sales, mainly because the advert sticks in the public’s mind. However, the also help to alter the corporate identity design of the company, something like the Coca Cola advert makes the company look more fun and more interesting.

It wouldn’t shock me to find that these companies make alot of money from these TV ads. Whether they do or don’t, they are brilliant to watch. I definately wouldn’t want to be the person who has to think up and design the next advert to top their current one!
